The maintenance of the Doosan DNM4050 vertical machining center can be carried out according to the following cycles and contents:
Daily maintenance and upkeep
1. Cleaning work: Clean the inside and outside of the machine tool, including the control panel, spindle taper hole, tool holder, tool head, worktable, three-axis telescopic cover, etc., to remove dust and iron filings.
2. Check the oil level: Check the height of the lubricating oil level to ensure that all components of the machine tool are fully lubricated; Check if the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient and add it in a timely manner; Check if the oil in the knife cylinder oil cup is sufficient, and add it promptly if it is insufficient.
3. Check the air pressure: Check the oil level height of the pneumatic triple joint, which is about 2/3 of the entire oil pipe height, and eliminate the water vapor in the oil filter tank; Check the air pressure, usually set at 5-7kg/c ㎡.
4. Check the spindle: Check if the air blowing in the taper hole of the spindle is unobstructed, and wipe it with a cotton cloth before spraying light oil.
5. Check the tool magazine: Clean the tool magazine arm and tools, especially the claw part, to ensure that the tool magazine arm changes smoothly.
6. Check the components: Check if the limit switch and collision block are exposed and clean them, removing any cutting or oil stains on them; Check all signal lights to ensure that the abnormal alarm warning lights are working properly; Check if there is any leakage in the oil pressure unit pipe.
Weekly maintenance
1. Filter cleaning: Clean the air filter, cooling pump, and lubricating oil pump filter of the heat exchanger.
2. Tool inspection: Check if the tool bolt is loose and if the handle is clean.
3. Origin check: Check if the three-axis mechanical origin is offset.
4. Tool magazine inspection: Check whether the tool magazine changing arm action or tool magazine disc rotation is smooth.
5. Oil cooler inspection: Check the set temperature of the oil cooler, it is recommended to set it between 26-28 ℃, and replenish the oil cooler.
Monthly Maintenance
1. Track lubrication: Check the lubrication condition of the X, Y, and Z three-axis tracks to ensure good lubrication of the track surface.
2. Switch cleaning: Check and clean the limit switch and bumper.
3. Nameplate inspection: Check whether the indicator and warning nameplates on the machine are clear and visible.
Half year maintenance
1. Component cleaning and inspection: Remove the three-axis anti chip cover, clean the three-axis oil pipe joint, ball guide screw, three-axis limit switch, and check their normality; Check if the hard rail scraping blades on each axis are effective.
2. Motor inspection: Check whether the servo motors and heads of each axis are operating normally and whether there are any abnormal sounds.
3. Oil change: Replace the oil pressure unit oil and the tool magazine reducer oil.
4. Gap test: Test the gap between each axis and adjust the compensation amount if necessary.
5. Electrical box inspection: Clean the dust inside the electrical box and thoroughly inspect whether all contacts, joints, sockets, and switches are normal.
6. Horizontal adjustment: Check and adjust the mechanical level.
Annual maintenance
1. Button inspection: Check if all buttons are sensitive and functioning properly.
2. Water tank cleaning: Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.
3. Accuracy check and adjustment: Check the vertical accuracy of each axis to determine whether adjustment is necessary; Calibrate the geometric accuracy of the machine tool, including indicators such as straightness, parallelism, and flatness; Measure the axial positioning accuracy using professional tools such as laser interferometers, and adjust the corresponding compensation values based on the results.
4. Electrical system maintenance: Check the integrity and working condition of components such as grounding protection system, circuit breakers, contactors, etc; Ensure the normal operation of the cooling fan inside the electrical cabinet, and check for any abnormalities in the fuses and air switches; Clean the electrical components inside the control cabinet.
